These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lazy Schedule mobile app and related services (the “Service”). Lazy Schedule is a planning assistant that helps you organize goals, create and manage tasks, and visualize locations on a map.By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fornaq (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use.

• Planning assistance: The Service may help you create tasks, organize goals, and suggest plans.
• AI-generated outputs: Some responses may be generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying information and decisions (including time commitments, locations, and priorities).
• No professional advice: The Service is for general planning and productivity purposes and is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

The Service may display map information and locations (including pins/annotations) and may rely on third-party mapping providers.

• Map data can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify critical location information before relying on it (e.g., addresses, directions, travel time).
• Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you from safe behavior (e.g., while driving).

You may provide content such as task titles, goal details, notes, and prompts (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant below.You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and to enforce these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not, and will not attempt to:

• Access or use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including attempting to overload or bypass limits).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malware or harmful code.
• Submit sensitive personal information you do not have the right to share (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers).

The Service may depend on third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, AI/ML processing, map providers). Those services may have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, or to protect the Service, users, or others.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORNAQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORNAQ’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fornaq from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

17) Subscriptions 

Lazy Schedule offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") through the Apple App Store.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store before purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Apple will notify you of price changes before they take effect.
• Billing questions: All billing is managed by Apple. For billing disputes or refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
