Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Fornaq (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Lazy Schedule mobile app (“the App”). Contact us at support@fornaq.com or PO Box 177, Princeton TX 75407.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide:

Account information (email address) when you sign up

Data collected automatically:

Device type and OS version
App crash reports and usage analytics (via AWS)
Subscription status (via Apple App Store)

3. How we use your data

To provide, operate, and improve the App
To process your requests through the AI assistant
To sync your tasks and goals across devices
To manage your subscription and purchases
To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Website visitor analytics

Our public home, about, and pricing pages use RB2B to understand website visits and identify visiting companies or people where RB2B can make a match. RB2B uses cookies and processes website activity and browser/network information for this purpose. See RB2B’s privacy policy.

This integration does not load for signed-in visitors, on account or workspace pages, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. It does not receive task or goal content through a Lazy Schedule analytics API.

4. AI assistant and data sharing

When you use the built-in AI assistant (Laz), the following data is sent to our backend and to an AI language model hosted by Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock):

Your typed or voice-transcribed message
Your task and goal titles
Scheduled times and preferences

When the built-in assistant is used, this data is processed by AWS under a data-processing agreement that prohibits use of your content for training foundation models. Conversation history may be retained temporarily to maintain session context. You can reset your conversation at any time in Settings.

Lazy Schedule can additionally be connected to outside AI assistants (for example ChatGPT or Claude) via the Model Context Protocol. Data flowing to outside assistants is governed by Section 5 below and by the receiving provider’s privacy policy — not by this section.

5. Third-party AI assistants (MCP)

Lazy Schedule can be connected to external AI assistants, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other clients that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Connecting is optional. You start the connection in your assistant and sign in to Lazy Schedule in your browser, where you review and choose permission categories before authorizing access.

Permissions cover categories of actions, such as reading, creating or updating, and deleting tasks, goals, or community content. They are not grants for individual goals. Depending on the permissions you grant and the access rules for each record, the assistant’s provider may receive:

Personal task and goal data, including titles, notes, details, schedules, and progress.
Shared-task and membership information your account is allowed to access.
Profile information, posts, comments, reactions, and other community data your account is allowed to access.
Attachment metadata and stored location information when included in an authorized tool response.

Your requests and the tool results become available to the assistant so it can answer your questions or carry out authorized actions.

Data that flows to an outside assistant is governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms — not this one. We do not control how those providers store, retain, or use the data you send them, and we cannot guarantee it will not be used to train their models. Review the relevant provider’s policies before connecting.

You can review your connected assistants, see their permission categories, and revoke a connection in Settings → Connected apps. Revoking access stops future access through that connection; it does not recall information the assistant has already received.

6. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Amazon Web Services (AWS)— backend infrastructure, AI processing, and account authentication.
Apple App Store & Google Play— subscription billing and payment processing on iOS and Android respectively.
Google Calendar API— calendar event sync, only if you choose to connect Google Calendar (optional).
Third-party AI assistant providers— when you connect an outside assistant via MCP (see Section 5), that provider becomes a data recipient. Examples include OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude).

7. Subscriptions and billing

Subscription billing is handled entirely by the platform you downloaded the App from — Apple on iOS, Google on Android. We do not store your payment information. Subscription management is subject to those platforms’ terms; see apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes and play.google.com/about/play-terms.

8. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the App Settings, which will permanently erase all associated data.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing

11. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
