1. Our commitment
Lazy Schedule, operated by Fornaq LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual
abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual
abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, the sexualization
of minors, and trafficking of minors. Any such content or conduct is
strictly prohibited on Lazy Schedule and will result in immediate removal,
permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to
the appropriate authorities.
2. What is prohibited
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio,
text, drawings, AI-generated content, or links.
Solicitation, grooming, or sexualized communication with minors.
Sextortion, sexual extortion, or coercion of minors.
Sexualization of minors, including suggestive depictions or commentary.
Trafficking, smuggling, or facilitating physical harm to minors.
Sharing personally identifying information about a minor without
appropriate consent.
3. Age requirement
Lazy Schedule is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under
16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users
under 16. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will terminate the
account and delete associated data.
4. How we detect and remove CSAE content
In-app reporting. Every user-shared surface in Lazy
Schedule — shared tasks, timeline posts, comments, friend profiles —
includes a Report option that routes to our Trust & Safety team.
Human review. Reports involving suspected CSAE are
triaged on a priority queue and reviewed by trained staff.
Removal & preservation. Suspected CSAM is removed
from public surfaces immediately and preserved in a restricted-access
store solely for the purpose of law-enforcement reporting, as required
by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
Account action. Confirmed violations result in
permanent account termination and device/identifier blocking.
Reporting to NCMEC. Apparent CSAM is reported to the
U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
(CyberTipline) and, where
applicable, to law enforcement in the user's jurisdiction.
5. How to report
If you encounter suspected CSAE or any content that endangers a child on
Lazy Schedule:
In the app: tap the … menu on the post,
comment, task, or profile and choose Report.
To authorities: the U.S. NCMEC CyberTipline at
report.cybertip.org
or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the U.S., contact your local
INHOPE hotline.
We acknowledge child-safety reports within 24 hours and act on confirmed
CSAE within 24 hours of confirmation.
