1. Our commitment

Lazy Schedule, operated by Fornaq LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, the sexualization of minors, and trafficking of minors. Any such content or conduct is strictly prohibited on Lazy Schedule and will result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Lazy Schedule is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 16. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

If you encounter suspected CSAE or any content that endangers a child on Lazy Schedule:

We acknowledge child-safety reports within 24 hours and act on confirmed CSAE within 24 hours of confirmation.

7. Legal compliance

Lazy Schedule complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. PROTECT Our Children Act and 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory CSAM reporting to NCMEC), COPPA, the EU Digital Services Act, and the UK Online Safety Act. We cooperate with valid legal process from law enforcement investigating offenses against children.

We may update these standards. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Lazy Schedule after an update constitutes acceptance.
